Local Community Manager Receives Top Honors

[Mays Landing, N.J.] – Representatives from Hometown America recently presented Priscilla Herrick with the 2012 Superior Community Management award. This award is given annually to the Hometown America employee who exemplifies Hometown America values and who excels in community management.

Herrick, Property Manager at Fairways Country Club, manages her property with one of the smallest staffs in the Hometown America family. In addition to her property management duties, she also helps oversee a golf course and restaurant onsite. She takes on other projects like resident relations events and organizing plans for a clubhouse renovation. Herrick also managed over 45 capital expenditure projects and ended 2012 by exceeding her occupancy budget.
