Why did you choose to be a home counselor?

I have been both a licensed agent and a consumer so I understand the importance of having the best experience possible while making one of the most expensive & important purchases of your life.

It's Atlantic County’s best kept secret and when I arrived, the residents immediately welcomed me. I felt part of one Big Happy Family.

What is "excellent customer service?"

Listening to the needs of the customer and utilizing the knowledge and experience to professionally and effectively accommodate them. Our customers are the ones that keep us in business; therefore, being courteous and genuine should never be compromised.

How long have you worked with Hometown America?

Since July 2013.

I received the Business Leaders Award as a Fortune 500 Company’s Customer Advocate, was nominated & awarded as a 5 Star Realtor and received numerous customer service awards as a Loan officer, Retail Supervisor, Realtor and Sales Consultant. I was awarded NJ's 2013 Proclamation for volunteer efforts, which was signed and presented by the Senator and Assemblyman.

Besides helping people improve their lives, what are some of your other personal interests?

My personal interest is being a great mother and wife. It feels great coming home to my family after leaving a job that I'm truly fulfilled in. In fact my 5yr old daughter has already demonstrated her Home touring experience, so give it a few years and she may be the next Hometown America Consultant.

Include anything else you feel would promote you to potential customers.

I am just happy to be able to turn my years of experience into a one-stop shop for my customers. I have had the opportunity to sell some beautiful custom and inventory homes, but one of the greatest experiences is the awesome friendships that I have developed with my customers.
