Hometown America takes the health and wellness of our team members, residents and communities very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 evolves,
your health and safety remain our top priority, and we continue to closely monitor and adhere to the guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) and other health departments. We have been in regular contact with all our community managers and continue to update our team and residents on the
precautionary measures we’ve taken to help mitigate any risk.
Please read the following carefully regarding important changes and protective measures.
Effective March 16, 2020 at all Hometown America communities:
- We are closing all common area facilities.
- Both Hometown and resident sponsored events are suspended until further notice (regardless of size).
- The open or operating status of our community and sales offices is varied by state, county or city. In states where offices are open,
all in-person or face-to-face meetings will be by appointment only. Please call the office. We apologize but walk-ins will not be allowed in the office.
Thank you very much for your continued cooperation as we try to make every effort to protect the health and safety of our communities. As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak evolves across the U.S., we are taking this situation very seriously -
